All artwork and designs are copyright of 'The Pastel Box'. It is a copyright infringement to copy in full or in part any design shown on this website.
We are happy to send out up to 2 samples of stationery for a nominal charge, this excludes the “Pure Indulgence” range. We aim to send out samples within 14 days, however during busy times this can be longer as current orders may take priority.In the case of Save the Date cards, it is usual to send a PDF proof for clients to approve rather than posting an actual sample. Please advise if you require a postal sample. PDF Samples will be complied and emailed after payment of the order is made. Should you wish to order a sample, please contact me on the “Contact” tab giving your requirements – a small nominal charge is payable. The client is responsible for obtaining permission for printed reproduction of any images, poems, hymns, readings etc supplied to 'The Pastel Box'.
Prices shown include quality cream or white (customer to specify) envelopes and printed inserts (where appropriate), if however you require bespoke envelopes these will be charged at cost.
Printing of guests names is available at an additional cost of 0.20p per invitation as outlined on our order form.
If product specifications/shade/finish from our suppliers change we will endeavour to offer you an alternative of the same or better quality at the same price as your initial order. You will be advised if there is any potential change in your order.
The majority of products we use on our wedding stationery are handmade so a slight variation in colour and materials may occur and may differ slightly from the photographs on our website. This is not deemed as faulty. Materials for whole orders are compiled together where possible to minimise this risk. Orders cannot be cancelled once we have started work on your stationery. Any such order is liable for full payment. This is at our discretion.

It is perfectly acceptable to initially order the day invitations, evening invitations and RSVP cards, then place an order for the remaining items at a later date, all we ask is that you try and advise asap if you will be requiring additional items – during busy periods we have to factor in the time to create your stationery.
A set of proofs will be posted to the client prior to despatch of the main order. Proof reading is the client’s responsibility. 'The Pastel Box' cannot be held responsible for any mistakes that go unnoticed and have been approved. Any alterations requested after printing has started are liable to be charged for.
Stationery items are normally dispatched within 4-6 weeks, following this proof approval process.
For stationery orders a payment of 50% is due when placing the order, and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to dispatch. If the goods are required in less than 6 weeks, 100% of the payment is due when placing the order. If the order value is less than £50, full payment is due upon ordering. Payment to be made by cheque or postal order, Credit or Debit Card.

Credit and Debit Card payments are made via PayPal, a secure payment service, your financial details are at no time held by 'The Pastel Box'. Please note that no goods will be despatched until funds have cleared. All goods remain the property of The Pastel Box, until paid for in full. This includes a three day clearing period if sending payment by cheque.

International orders to be advised
In the unlikely event of loss or damage from the post, we PROMISE to replace all goods once we are satisfied that the item is lost and damage has occurred. We will not issue a refund if a parcel is declared missing, a new order will be created for you.
