Ordering
We recommend you place your order as soon as possible, in order to secure your preferred slot in our diary. We will aim to complete your order within 3-4 weeks of receiving your final payment. If you require your order sooner, please contact us to discuss your requirements.
Designs
All designs are individually hand crafted so occasionally slight differences may occur. However, we do endeavour to ensure consistency and for all of our artwork to remain the same.
Proofing
A full set of proofs will be sent to you within approximately 7 working days of receiving your deposit. This is your chance to make sure that you have achieved exactly the look you require.
Any amendments to the proofs will be sent to you free of charge. If changes are made after your signed proofs have been returned charges may be incurred. Once the proofs have been returned to us, we then start making your order. We will contact you as soon as your order is complete to arrange delivery.
Payment & Payment Security
'The Pastel Box' require a minimum of 50% deposit before any work commences, (unless orders are placed less than 6 weeks prior to the wedding date then full payment is required). This deposit is non refundable. The final balance will be payable upon acceptance of the final proofs and prior to manufacture. We accept payment by cheque made payable to 'Mrs D Cox'.
Postage
Prices quoted on this site do not include postage & packing. Orders are despatched in high quality mailing envelopes or boxes as required to ensure safe delivery. Postage will be charged at cost and the amount will be advised based on order size. Average costs are typically £5-£7:50.
Please note, if ordering menus and order of service cards, these are usually despatched separately nearer to the wedding date and a separate delivery charge will be incurred.
Refunds/Cancellations
We will not refund or exchange goods unless they are faulty and work on replacement stationery will not commence until all items in question are returned to us. In the event of any cancellation 'The Pastel Box' have the right to retain the 50% deposit. If cancellation is made after work has commenced, we reserve the right to collect the final payment, to cover any additional costs we may have incurred.
Any anomalies and returns must be reported within 7 days of receipt.
Safety
Please do not allow small children to play with your goods as parts can become detached and could prove a choking hazard.
